Our current turn around time is 10-20 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. Orders placed after 5pm will be processed the following business day. You will receive a separate email when your order has been shipped.

Local Pickup
We offer free local pickup from our Saint Andrew’s, Hamilton address. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup along with instructions.
Our local pickups are available during business hours. Please have your order confirmation email when you come.
International Shipping
Currently we offer international shipping to Australia.
If you require shipping to another country please contact us to discuss your options.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Little Ray Threads is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Order Status
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 15 working days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@littleray.co.nz with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds and Returns Policy
Due to the custom nature of our items, if you change your mind, we do not offer returns or refunds. Please choose carefully when ordering.
If the product you have bought is faulty, please email us as soon as possible at info@littleray.co.nz with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will provide a remedy as required by the Consumer Guarantees Act.
